HOW TO USE
1 · SIGN IN
Your code is your login — 4 to 6 digits. Same code on any device opens the same playbook. To share with an assistant coach: tell them your code. They sign in with it, both of you edit the same playbook from your own devices. To give a different coach a fresh playbook: tell them to pick their own code.
2 · FIRST-TIME SETUP
Wizard asks for your team name, roster (≥7 kids), and wristband colors. Pick the 7 colors that match your physical wristbands. Tap CUSTOM if your color isn't in the preset row.
3 · BUILD A PLAY
Tap EDIT → tap +NEW → name it (e.g. "Sweep Right").
Pick a formation (Spread / Split Backs / I-Form / Blank). Drag any player circle to reposition. Tap a player → pick CARRY (thick line = ball carrier), ROUTE (receiver), or BLOCK (T-shape). Tap on field to add waypoints along their path. Rename a position: tap player → type in the "label" box (e.g. LG → TE).
Tap SAVE PLAY when done.
4 · DRAW LIVE IN THE HUDDLE
Tap DRAW button. Pre-designed routes hide — clean formation only. DRAW mode: tap-and-drag from any player circle. Stroke paints in their wristband color. Tap a new player to start a new route. MOVE mode (toggle at bottom): drag any player to reposition for this play (saves to the play).
Tap CLEAR DRAWING top-left to wipe this play's strokes.
Tap DRAW again to exit — designed routes return.
5 · LINEUP & ROTATION
Tap LINEUP → mark kids absent/present → tap ⚡ GENERATE.
App creates a fair rotation for 6 series of offense + 6 of defense. Offense kids get assigned wristband colors that rotate evenly. OUT row (red) under each series shows benched kids for that series.
Tap ↗ SHARE → sends a mobile-sized lineup image via Messages/AirDrop.
6 · CARRIER / QB SWAP MID-PLAY
Top-right of field has two color pickers: carrier (ball carrier) and qb.
Tap a colored dot to swap that wristband into the ball-carrier or QB role for this play. Useful when you want to change who's getting the ball without redrawing.
Tap ↺ to reset.
7 · SETTINGS (⚙ icon)
Add a 2nd team (up to 2). Edit roster (ROSTER button). Change wristband colors any time. Share your code with assistant. Sign out. EXPORT plays to JSON file. WIPE ALL DRAWINGS post-game.
8 · FLIP THE FIELD
Tap ⇄ FLIP to mirror the play. Useful when running the same play to the other side. Position labels (LG/RG, X/Z) flip with the field.
